NO RETURNS FOR WHOLESALE ORDERS/BULK PURCHASES.

RETURNS FOR REFUNDS: Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days past date of delivery.  

  • All returns must be approved and we’ll provide you a shipping label for the return. Please send your return request to returns@clight360.com
  • Items returned without prior approval will be returned to sender at senders cost.
  • All returns must be in its original packaging and in unopened/brand new condition and contain all components that were included in the original order.
  • Returned items must not be used, show signs of use, or altered.
  • Upon return, the item will be inspected to insure its quality. Once the item is deemed in good condition a refund will be processed for the merchandise cost only.
  • Only the merchandise cost is refunded. The original shipping cost is the responsibility of customer.
  • Refund will be issued within 3-5 business days upon return delivery.

An exchange usually ships out within 3-5 business days upon receipt of your return.

 REFUNDS PAST 30 DAYS: We are not able to process refunds outside of our 30 day policy. However if your item is defective and you wish to return this, we can offer either a replacement. Each request will need to be submitted and approved by a customer support. Please contact us by returns@clight360.com .
